We have a fantastic opportunity for a Operations Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Andover. This role is paying a salary of between 30,000- 34,000 DOE.

The role is working Monday to Friday, starting at 1pm and finishing at 10pm.

Our well-established client specialises in the construction sector and is looking for a Operations Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee their busy warehouse, in Andover.

Key responsibilities for this Operations Warehouse Supervisor position role:

• Co-managing the key operational functions of the warehouse
• Overseeing the delivery of stock
• Strict stock control management
• Maintaining compliance to health and safety standards
• Motivating and managing the team to achieve key performance indicators

Requirements to be considered for this Operations Warehouse Supervisor role:

• Fleet management knowledge (12 months)
• Experience of working within a similar role (12 months)
• Track record of managing warehouse staff and demonstrable people management skills
