This hands-on role calls for an organised professional who can lead despatch operations, manage stock accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise the despatch team, guiding daily operations to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure all orders are correctly processed, checked, and dispatched on time, overseeing accuracy across picking and packing.
• Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless and reliable service for customers, ensuring no delays or miscommunication.
• Facilitate effective handovers and clear communication across shifts to keep all team members aligned.
• Coordinate transport schedules, including delivery timings and any special handling requirements. Oversee safe loading practices to minimise risk.
• Strategically allocate resources and adjust staffing to meet fluctuating operational demands.
• Be on the ground to assist with tasks as needed, setting an example and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
