Location: Bradford
Salary: 11.50 per hour

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities? Our client is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join their team at a 2-bed service in Bradford. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during the night while promoting a calm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care and supervision for residents.
• Monitor the safety and security of the home during the night.
• Offer emotional support and respond to any needs or emergencies.
• Complete relevant documentation and handover notes.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar care role is preferred.
• Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Flexibility and reliability.

Shift Pattern:

• 3 nights on, 3 nights off, from 21:30 to 07:30.
