Vehicle Builder Team Leader

This hands-on Team Leader will be crucial in facilitating and coordinating the vehicle building process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality vehicles as per customer specifications and project scope, all within the designated timeframes. The position demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and outstanding organizational skills.

Key responsiblities:

• Lead and mentor vehicle builders, ensuring team success.
• Collaborate with engineering and production on specifications and processes.
• Oversee vehicle strip-out and assembly, ensuring quality and standards.
• Monitor schedules and labor, allocating resources efficiently.
• Inspect work for quality and safety, addressing issues promptly.
• Resolve technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Ensure timely availability of components with procurement.
• Support quality assurance during absences.
• Handle customer communications and resolve queries.
• Update the Project Manager and escalate concerns.
• Liaise between team and management on progress and improvements.
