Role Overview: We are looking for confident and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our bustling hot desks in either the industrial / Driving or healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of filling shifts quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the allocation of shifts to candidates across either the industrial/Driving or healthcare sectors.
Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure shifts are filled promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Source and vet candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shifts filled and candidate placements.
Participate in some on-call weekend duties to ensure client needs are met outside of regular office hours.
Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the desk.
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, door-to-door sales, cold calling, client engagement, shift co-ordinating, or resourcing.
Industry knowledge in either industrial/Driving or healthcare recruitment.
