As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a vital role in our sales process by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses through cold calling and securing appointments for our field agents. Responsibilities for our Payment Executive: Conduct cold calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments’ products and services. Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone. Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement. Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client’s needs and aligning them with our solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Requirements for our Payment Executive: Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently at home. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Resilience and persistence in a high-pressure sales environment.
