TEXO Recruitment are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor on behalf of our external construction client located in Enfield, London, but work would also in the Kent area, this role would be on a Permanent basis. This client are a specialist contractor for SFS, rainscreen cladding, insulated render and curtain walling with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results across the UK.
Job Summary:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for reclad projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage site operations, liaise with project stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
Lead site meetings and briefings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Ensure that all work complies with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among site staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on reclad works.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are highly desirable.
