Job Opportunity

BCS Connect is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Leominster. If you have a background in 278 works, roads, sewers, and drainage for new build housing projects, this could be your next ideal opportunity! This project will be a 4 year freelance based opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Managing essential documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, QA, and client handover documents
• Chairing site meetings with design teams and subcontractors
• Managing construction programmes, identifying and addressing any delays
• Working closely with the subcontractors on site to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Dealing directly with the main client, resolving work plan issues and pushing the delivery of the project.

Requirements:

• Experience working with groundworks subcontractors
• Proven track record managing large new build housing sites
• Strong background in delivering new build residential schemes
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certification
• Strong IT skills, familiar with construction software, Word, and email
• Experience working with main contractors
