Senior Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality apartment projects from 2nd fix to handover. You will manage a team of Site Managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of site operations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Site Managers.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality.
• Enforce health and safety standards on-site.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential projects from 2nd fix to handover.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Previous experience with a leading London developer is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
