Torque Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-profile commercial fit-out project based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to lead a dynamic project from inception to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of the commercial fit-out, from planning and design through to execution and handover.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all phases are completed according to schedule and financial parameters.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project, keeping everything on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors effectively.
• Familiarity with construction and fit-out processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
