Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of the commercial fit-out, from planning and design through to execution and handover.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and ensure project requirements are met.
Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all phases are completed according to schedule and financial parameters.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting all regulatory and safety requirements.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project, keeping everything on track.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors effectively.
Familiarity with construction and fit-out processes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
