Are you an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record in Building Services and M&E? Looking for your next challenge with a top-tier contractor?

We re seeking a skilled professional to join an established team on-site near West London, working on a high-profile Infrastructure, Commercial, & Data Cente Projects with M&E packages valued at up to £25million

The Role:

• Managing pre- and post-contract strategies from conception to final account handover
• Ensuring commercial viability, compliance, and best practice throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with contractors and key stakeholders
• Working extensively with NEC/JCT Experience (highly desirable)
