Monitor and manage sales inboxes
Handle customer enquiries
Arrange site visits and manage team diaries
Process enquiries and orders, ensuring accurate CRM updates
Maintain sales documentation on SharePoint
Complete prequalification applications and quotation templates
Track orders and manage tender deadlines
Submit quotations and tenders
Liaise with internal staff and suppliers for quotations
Ensure smooth project handovers to the Projects Team
Assist with surveys, valuations, and variations for live projects
General administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing)
