The role:
Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.
Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett group.
Key skills/experience:
At least one year of experience of being a Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales
