Your New Role:

As a Sage 200 Application Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences through continuous improvement and process excellence. Typical responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand deliverables, attend project kick-offs, and identify potential risks and challenges.
• Plan and execute company setups, map financial processes and provide clear documentation of gap analyses with commercial solutions.
• Work alongside project leads to configure financial and operational modules, manage data loads, and design reports and integrations.
• Develop and deliver customised training sessions, support testing phases, and manage exceptions efficiently.
• Oversee live conversions, provide go-live coverage, and ensure seamless handovers post-implementation.
• Stay updated on Sage 200 and related ISV products to offer accurate information and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Project Management/Consultancy with Sage 200.
• Proficiency in the full implementation lifecycle, including pre-sales, configuration, training, and support.
• Knowledge of Sage ISVs (e.g., Draycir, Sicon) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate evening/weekend work as required.
