Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an established care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents. As the Home Manager for the service, responsible for maintaining high levels of care for the residents and creating an outstanding environment. The home is performing well and has a great staff team that go above on beyond. You will also be supported by a great regional team who are really supportive.

Salary

Circa 70k- 75k plus 10% bonus

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and
• You should have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
• Must be Nurse qualified

Location

This role is based in Kent and is commutable from Whitstable, Canterbury, Faversham, Ashford, Dover and Folkestone
