Are you looking to develop your career within a dynamic and welcoming recruitment office based in the centre of Maidstone?

Pertemps are seeking a talented Recruitment Resourcer, to help support the branch by sourcing top talent for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Volume recruitment – screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Advertise and market client vacancies, through relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Arranging and managing interviews.
• Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Customer service focused.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Excellent time management skills – able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.
• Resilient attitude with a problem-solving approach.
• Experience in working to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
