Purpose:

To lead customer projects from start to finish (planning execution and completion ensuring that timelines and goals are met within scope and budget).

• To effectively manage each project and the installation team.
• To carry out an overview of every project submitted by the sales team to confirm the projects viability for both financial & technical aspect.
• To order all required new equipment & arrange delivery to site as sold and listed in the sales handover.
• To co-ordinate tasks, manage schedules and maintain effective communications channels.
• To carry out pre-project commencement meetings with stakeholders to allow efficient launch of projects including deliveries & schedules of works.
• Compile task specific RAMS in line with the project requirements and submit to the customer to be signed off.
• To abide by and promote health & safety, ensuring all company policy s & processes are followed in conjunction to any site-specific rules or requirements.
• Risk and issue management for all projects.
• Responsible for compliance and quality standards of installations.
• Track availability and utilisation of team members and materials.
• To keep all stakeholders up to date with project progress, regular updates and adjust project plans as necessary.
• To oversee and resolve any snagging issues following an installation in a timely manner.
• Responsible for sourcing and managing suitable plant & hire equipment to complete projects.
• Weekly updates on performance, documentation and reporting and delivery of projects including order intake, work in progress and projected invoicing total.
• Responsible for internal and external resources, including vendors, sub-contractor accreditations, insurances to ensure project task are supported.
• To ensure training certificates are up to date.
• Lead on post project reviews, lessons learnt, improvement plans and best practices.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the relevant teams when projects are completed.

Experience/Knowledge and Certification:

• Competent with all appropriate MS Office suite, operating systems.
• 5 Years Industry experience & 2 Years in Project Management
• Project management qualification (desirable)
• IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)

• Problem solver to be able to analyse problems, identify solutions and make sound decisions
• Good numerical skills
• Office based/Hybrid working and visits to customer sites as required
• Hold a valid Full UK Driving: Licence
