Registered Building Inspector – Class 2F

You must be registered as a 2D surveyor already and be prepared to increase your class within 12 – 18 months

Salary up to £80k plus benefits

A Commercially focused Building Control Inspector who has experience in commercial projects. There is no expectation to win new business nor bring clients along with you.

This a role with a strong handover owing to a retiring surveyor leaving in the Spring. You won’t have any messy legacy projects to contend with.

The projects will vary across hotels, mixed use developments, residential flat blocks, hospitals and more

About the Role
As a Building Control Inspector, you’ll be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients.
