The role requires collaborating with leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose and address organisational challenges, particularly in areas such as management practices, team dynamics, culture, and climate. Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Technologically proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
