We are seeking an Administrator/PA to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
We are a Residential Surveying company regulated by RICS and cover London & Kent.
Duties
Communicate with customers by phone and email maintaining company standards
Answer queries and providing clients with the information they require, including speaking with mortgage lenders, estate agents, brokers and clients
Effective management of surveyor’s diaries (booking confirmed jobs) and day to day routine
Provide general assistance and support to all members of the team
Send Quotations and issue invoice(s)
Conducting pre-survey questionnaire calls with clients
Pre populating information on our portal for surveyors upcoming jobs
Management of CRM
Requirements- Proficient in office procedures and organisational skills- Previous experience in an administrative role within property is advantageous- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
-Able to work alone/within a team
-An interest in property would be advantageous
-Knowledge of London/Kent (postcodes) would be advantageous
Work Base
Whilst this role would initially be office based five days a week, we would be open to discuss some home working following a probation period.
