On behalf of our client a growing, design-led brand at the forefront of the modern hospitality scene we are searching for an exceptional Night Manager to join their team in Yorkshire.

About the Role

As Night Manager, you will be the face of the business after hours overseeing operations, ensuring a warm welcome for late-arriving guests, and maintaining high standards of safety, service, and presentation throughout the night. You ll be a calm and capable leader with a passion for people, service and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality or premium residential settings, looking to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and values-led business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations of the site, ensuring smooth handovers and service continuity

• Welcome and support residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Handle any late-night issues or emergencies with confidence and care

• Conduct regular building checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security

• Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the shift

• Liaise with day teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and communicated clearly

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel, residential, or guest-focused night role

• Confident working independently and taking ownership of site operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Calm under pressure, with a genuine desire to help people

• Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organised

• First Aid and SIA training a plus (or willingness to obtain)
