We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader on behalf of our client, a reputable social housing contractor and property maintenance company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a growing team working on a variety of domestic projects across Dartford.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and basic plastering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.

• Perform multi-trade duties including (but not limited to):

  • Basic plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks, replacing taps)

  • Carpentry (e.g. door repairs, fitting skirting)

  • Painting & decorating

  • Tiling & patch plastering

  • General handyman tasks

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site.

• Accurately record job details and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Maintenance Operative.

• Experience working within Social Housing

• Proficiency in a range of trades with at least one as a core trade.

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
