Lettings Coordinator Lincoln, Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months) £27,000 – £30,000
Are you ready to make a difference in the property management world? We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and driven Lettings Coordinator to join our well-known client s team on a 12-month maternity cover basis.
THE ROLE
As a Lettings Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all general property enquires and be supporting the Property Manager, Site Foreman and Head of Property to allow them to fulfil their roles, other responsibilities include:
Ensuring referencing and right to rent checks are completed
Issuing tenancy and licence agreements and registering deposits
Ensuring a smooth handover of properties to new tenants and end of tenancies
Ensuring Landlords statutory obligations and compliance are met across the property portfolio
Raise invoices and chase rental arrears where applicable
Assist with property inspections, record residential works orders and chase outstanding paperwork before works are completed
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Lettings Coordinator will have previous experience in a similar role and a flexible approach to work. Key skills and experience for this role include:
Experience using a CRM system is preferred but not essential
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the business
Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
