Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Andover working within their Conveyancing department. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities: – Dealing with basic enquiries including deeds request – Scanning and digitally filling incoming post – Procuring title documents from the Land Registry – Applying for searches – Preparing contract packages – Obtaining and uploading information on mortgage platforms – Stamp duty land tax form preparation, submission and payment of tax to HMRC – Meeting clients
Legal Secretary Requirements: – Previous legal experience – Previous knowledge of residential conveyancing is essential – Strong administrative experience – Highly organised – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player
The Legal Secretary role – Negotiable salary depending on experience – Monday to Friday – located in Andover Town Centre
