Position: Labourer
Location: Derry
Hours: 39 hours per week

Contract: Up to 6 months

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Derry. The role involves removal of kitchens, loading into vans, snag lists and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Removal: Safely dismantling and ripping out old kitchens.
• Loading and Transportation: Loading removed materials and debris into vans for disposal.
• Snagging Work: Assisting with minor repair tasks to prepare the site for handover.
• Cleaning and Preparation: Cleaning worktops, floors, and other areas to ensure the site is ready for joiners and handover.
• General Labour: Supporting the team with additional tasks as required to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• CSR Card: Valid Construction Skills Register (CSR) card.
• Experience: Previous experience in construction or labouring is desirable but not essential.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor and handle heavy materials.
• Teamwork: Strong ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
