A key part of the Marketing team, providing digital marketing, events and administrative support, and management of CRM system and a Privilege Card Scheme
Reporting into the Digital & Content Marketing Manager
Essential skills:
Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop
Proficient in social media including Instagram and TikTok
CRM/database management experience
Two to three years of relevant marketing experience
A team player (cross-team and organisation)
Desirable:
Experience in retail and/or a luxury brand environment
Responsibilities
Support Marketing and Communication activities through administrative tasks (including but not limited to diary and supplier management).
Content creation across consumer-facing destination marketing channels.
Lead and support on a year-round programme of marketing events
Management of destination Privilege card scheme including member and offer fulfilment.
CRM Management – user onboarding and data management
Key tasks
Marketing/PR support
Supporting delivery of campaigns and high profile annual events
Consumer content:
Lead on writing on newsletter
Editorial content production and directory maintenance for destination websites
Collation of content for owned publication
Support on influencer and press campaigns
PR support
Administration support
Meeting minutes
Shared mailbox management
Guestlist management (corporate and consumer)
CRM Management (Vicinity) – staff onboarding and content management
Accounts/supplier support
Ad hoc diary management
Team representative for the internal IT Steering Group
Management of ‘Meet the Team’ document on corporate website
Relevant cover in the absence of Digital & Content Marketing Manager
