We re hiring for a Goods In/Goods Out Operative to join a global distribution leader at their modern site in Little Hulton.
You ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and Europe, liaising with third-party warehouses, and managing compliance with import and export regulations.

- £26,000 per year
- Monday Friday 7:00am 3:30pm OR 8:00am 4:30pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Goods In/Goods Out Operative?
- Picking and packing equipment and spare parts for dispatch
- Greeting customers at the service door and completing handovers
- Booking in incoming service repairs and logging details on ERP systems
- Packaging items and coordinating courier pick-ups
- Carrying out regular stock takes and addressing discrepancies with the Procurement team
- Maintaining a clean and organised Service Garage and Reception area
- Supporting wider teams within stores, service, and production
What do you need?
- Previous experience in goods in/out and dispatch operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Proficiency in using IT systems
- A valid UK driving license (Counterbalance FLT license is advantageous)
