This well established agency has a strong network across Kent, and is looking for a Floating Branch Manager to cover the Tonbridge area. The responsibilities for this role will include;

• Covering for holidays, vacancies and sickness, you will have all Branch Manager
• Motivating and developing the teams
• Ensuring customer service levels are exceptional
• Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price possible

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship skills, along with enthusiasm and drive. You will want to work hard, but know that you will be well rewarded for this. Your ethics and values will need to display honesty, courtesy, trust and respect. You will also need a full driving licence.

Your rewards

• Basic salary from £29,000 pa (Plus guarantee in first four months
• OTE of up to £50,000 in year one
• Working pattern will be 5 days per week, including Saturdays
