Job Title: Fit Out Manager

Start Date: May 2025

Location: Tonbridge

Day Rate: £250 – £300 day depending on experience

Project: Working with a National Contractor who have an excellent reputation in London and surrounding areas who are constructing residential RC frame apartment blocks. As a Fit Out Manager you will be responsible for block management which means you will be overseeing the fit out from 1st stage fix through to turn key completion.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into an on site Project Manager
• Management and coordination of Labour
• Sequencing Subcontractors
• Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors
• Management and coordination of deliveries
• Procurement of materials and plant
• Tool box talks and inductions
• Site inspections
• Quality Assurance
• Health & Safety

The Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
• CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.
• Recent workplace references.
