Construction Finishing Manager – Lancaster

We are a medium sized main construction contractor currently working on a seveal +£10m projects around the North West network. Our requirement is for a Finishing Foreman / Site Manager to see the various levels of the site through to completion, working with the Packages Managers for each block and the Project DIrector.

Your new role
Your new role as a Finishing Manager on this project will be to oversee the quality of different subcontractors and ensure they are working to the program given.

• Compiling quality checks on works
• Toolbox talks
• Coordinating a team of trades/managing subcontractors
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Quality checking before handover

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need a solid trades background as Site Manager / finishing manager. You will have good man management skills, be approachable and adaptable and be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. You will have a valid-in-date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate.
You must hold a valid passport or Full Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence at your current address.
