We are currently supporting a Software Management Company that has recently purchased multiple smaller software business. Due to these mergers and acquisitions, our customer is seeking Systems Consultants with experience of integrating financial systems/processes.
The project will be split into 6 core workflows, namely:

Initial view into the business based on documents provided via the data room and responses to the IDDQ
IDD meeting with the team to raise questions based on the IDDQ/data room discovery and build a high-level view of the company

3. Discovery & process mapping
Deep dive into systems & processes covering:
Customers
Suppliers
AR processes (billing)
AP processes (purchasing)
Banking
Expense and travel
Data access and availability
Acquisition specific processes
4. Detailed Integration Planning
Finalised plan for integrating systems and finance function and include details of development work required for bespoke API integrations
Structured format which is repeatable & presentable
Present plan to the acquired team to build understanding and uncover any potential issues.
Inform team of any follow up tasks required (such as providing contract & supplier data) based on findings in Discovery
