An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of Executive Assistant to Chief Officer at Kent Police Force Headquarters, Sutton Road, Maidstone.
This is a rewarding, challenging and demanding role and you must be flexible and willing to work as part of the wider Executive Assistant Team to Chief Officers, assisting with providing cover for the whole team.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
You will be required to plan and work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your duties will include managing Chief Officers’ diaries and emails, proactively preparing draft correspondence for approval, and minuting meetings that can be of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. This opportunity would suit a highly motivated and experienced individual who is looking to further their career as an Executive Assistant within Kent Police and would like exposure to Strategic Policing in a unique, exciting, and busy environment.

Kent Police offer smarter working which allow some flexibility in terms of work arrangements. Due to the operational nature of this role, it will be predominantly office based.
Kent Police offer incremental increases within this salary band, therefore the salary for this position will rise to a maximum of £32,802.00.
