Events Operations Assistant
This specialist events travel company arrange vip experiences at concerts and events in the UK & throughout Europe for a variety of world famous artists such as Robbie Williams and Taylor Swift! They have a rare opportunity for an Events Operations Assistant to join their small, successful team to assist in the organisation of tours and to provide exceptional service to existing customers. c 25k plus generous bonus,

Events Operations Assistant – Role & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with enquiries to make and amend customer reservations.
• Checking and sending ticket and information packs according to tight deadlines.
• Researching relevant destinations to provide information both in house and externally.
• Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Organising guest lists for check-in staff.

Events Operations Assistant – Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in the travel / hospitality / Events industry preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent general administrative skills.

Events Operations Assistant – Additional Information:

• Salary c 25k plus generous bonus (up to 5k)
• Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30.
• Central location.
• Hybrid working.
• Car parking costs are reimbursed by the company.
