Selexa are partnered exclusively with a leading engineering technology client specialising in the semiconductor and microscopy sector.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the Programme Management function, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of full product lifecycle projects from concept through to delivery and handover.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining project plans
Keep individual project documentation up to date with accuracy, revise accordingly and amend as project develops
Work with Senior Programme Manager to identify conflicts, as well as prioritise projects as per business requirement
Work closely with the technical leaders across the business
Provide regular updates to technical leaders and SLT
Ensure internal and external project documents are maintained, and stored appropriately within Management System
Ensure project resource requirements align with company resources in terms of people, product, and test
Education, Qualifications, and Skills:
Degree in Engineering, Physics, and similar Scientific Discipline
Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret business needs and develop solutions, whilst prioritising effective resolutions
Excellent communication skills to present to colleagues and Senior Management
Ideally have experience of working in multidisciplinary teams whilst managing projects concurrently
Ideally experienced of working with complex systems ie. mechanical, electronics, software, optics etc
