Our client, a reputable secondary school is seeking a motivated and strategic Development Manager to lead their fundraising and development efforts. This role is critical in driving income generation, fostering relationships with donors and partners, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that maximise fundraising potential while overseeing key projects that contribute to the organisation’s vision. A hybrid work model could be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet income targets.
Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, alumni, and external stakeholders.
Lead and manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Identify new opportunities for income generation and maintain up-to-date records on potential and current donors.
Report regularly on development and fundraising progress to senior management.
Contract Type: Full-time Salary: FTE: £32,933-£37,188 – Term time only, Actual Salary: £28,579-£32,271 Start Date: ASAP
