Role: Deputy Manager

Salary: 31,000+ (DOE)

Hours: 44 hours a week

Vacancy Type: Permanent – Full Time

This care home is located in Maidstone, in Kent. The home supports six autistic males and females, who may also have a learning disability.

This role will be 28 hours on the floor with and 16 hours supernumerary. As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

Deputy Manager Experience:

• Deputy Manager or Equivalent: 1 year (required)
• Previous managerial experience in a social care setting: 3 years (required)
• NVQ 3 or 5 (required)
