The role
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to act as the main point of contact for our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and managing email inboxes
Processing client data requests, including handover and tenancy information
Building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts
Liaising with customers to resolve utility queries and complaints
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure customer accounts are set up correctly
Ensuring system accuracy, including identifying and fixing any duplications

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who is passionate about delivering first-class service. You will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone
Competent in working both independently and as part of a team
Quick learner with proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Great attention to detail and common sense approach
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
Pleasant demeanor and ability to respond positively to clients and team members
