An exciting new role for an experieinced Legal Secretary (on the Residential Property side) has become available working for an established firm in Canterbury.
This full-time role is based in the office, offering the chance to be part of a professional and friendly environment.
You will play an important role in managing a busy workload, utilising your ability to work well under pressure and exercise initiative.
The Role
Helping in the progression of conveyancing transactions
Raising solicitors’ invoices, and drafting contracts etc
Undertaking online searches and completing Land Registry and SDLT forms
Providing secretarial assistance to residential conveyancing lawyers.
Producing documents using the firm’s case management software
Using your excellent administrative and organisational skills with a good eye for detail
Showing effective written and verbal communication skills
Role Requirements:
Experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Ability to manage a busy workload
Good initiative and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel etc.
