They are looking for someone who has strong previous experience as a contract’s administrator, as well as someone who has strong admin experience!

They are also looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, as well as someone who is a strong team player!

• Be the first point of contact for all contract renewals
• Setting up documentations for contracts
• Ensuring all renewal quotes are produced
• Assisting with service handover documents
• Dealing with customer complaints regarding contracts
