A newly created role to join the commercial & buying team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Commercial Coordinator to support both the Buying and Commercial Managers in a multi-site growing FMCG business. You’ll play a key part in reviewing and improving admin processes, keeping pricing up to date, supporting customer enquiries, and helping maintain accurate records across the board.
It’s a varied role with lots of exposure to different parts of the business – buying, sales, commercial, finance – so you’ll need to be well-organised, good with numbers, and confident using Excel and internal systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pricing, quoting, and enquiry processes
Maintaining stock and bespoke item records
Keeping customer and supplier agreements up to date
Tracking and logging quotations in the CRM
Helping prepare monthly sales and margin reports
Supporting commission invoices and supplier payments
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, and Operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in commercial, buying, or supply chain admin
Strong attention to detail and confident with spreadsheets
Comfortable working across teams and juggling multiple priorities
A hands-on, positive attitude and willingness to learn
