As the Clinical Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will also be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing home staffEnsure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including CQCDevelop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionalsMonitor and maintain high standards of care and service deliveryManage the budget and resources effectivelyImplement and maintain policies and procedures in line with company standardsConduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvementAttend meetings and liaise with external stakeholders as requiredMaintain accurate records and documentationPromote a person-centred approach and a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pinProven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home settingStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standardsPerson-centred attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in budget management and resource allocationComputer literate and proficient in using electronic care systems
