If so, we are currently looking for Building Services Coordinator, we are able to offer this role on a hybrid working pattern. You will be required to attend projects across London, Home Counties & the Midlands up to three days per week.
Outline of the role
This role will see you being involved with providing technical support to our site teams, to ensure that Building Services are designed, installed, and commissioned to required standards in a timely and efficient manner.
As a Building Services Coordinator you will be responsible for
Coordinating delivery of utilities to meet programme constraints
Coordinating pre-construction activities/deliverables associated with the Building Services sub-contract
Ensuring coordination with other design disciplines
Ensuring BWIC detailing is accurate and timely
Supporting health and safety standards
Coordinating technical approvals to ensure compliance
Monitoring progress against programme
Providing technical support to site teams with regards to Building Services works
Ensuring contractual requirements are fulfilled
Adding value to project delivery
Ensuring systems are commissioned in a timely manner and in line with industry standards
Preparation and presentation of all necessary Building Services related documents required for successful project handover
Required Skills and Experience
Knowledge of building process and various building components
Excellent time management
Good communication skills
Demonstrate working Microsoft Office knowledge
Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Building Services/Architectural Engineering or time served apprenticeship
4+ years industry experience
Hold a UK Manual Driving License
Independent working and drive for results
Self-starter able to work within a team
