Key duties and responsibilities:
Update/input and manage all client data held on the management information systems and databases
Assisting with mailer processing
Processing Undeliverables
Processing Auto-responses
Brevo- supporting with the management of transfer and export of contacts,
Outbound calls – cold calls, warm and hot leads
Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email
Brief and handover of client enquiries and meetings to seniors
Complete all necessary weekly goals met sheet
Supporting the senior staff with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records of client information including updating influence and Brevo (role changes and LA moves)
Researching and mapping key contacts across the sector
Essential:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media (advantageous; management software experience)
Ability to use Adobe
Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
A friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to providing excellent service
Experience of using computerised systems, (databases; data cleanse and management).
