My client is seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer to cover Kent.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks, respond to call outs, and repair various Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Offer technical assistance to fellow engineers.
• Possess a solid understanding of General Building services.
• Maintain and repair plant/equipment efficiently.
• Conduct diagnostic and fault-finding activities.
• This mobile role involves travelling for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and call outs.
• Keep digital records of PPM activities.
• Identify opportunities for additional work within and beyond contractual requirements.
• Accurately complete all work-related documentation on time and strive to exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work safely and diligently.
• Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Participate fully in training and appraisal activities as required.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ( -hour lunch break).
• 28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays, with an additional day per year up to 38 days.
• Availability for call-out rota is required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Services Engineer.
• Extensive experience working in occupied premises.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Basic IT literacy.8
