My client is seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer to cover Kent.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks, respond to call outs, and repair various Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
Offer technical assistance to fellow engineers.
Possess a solid understanding of General Building services.
Maintain and repair plant/equipment efficiently.
Conduct diagnostic and fault-finding activities.
This mobile role involves travelling for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and call outs.
Keep digital records of PPM activities.
Identify opportunities for additional work within and beyond contractual requirements.
Accurately complete all work-related documentation on time and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Work safely and diligently.
Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Participate fully in training and appraisal activities as required.
Undertake additional duties as necessary.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ( -hour lunch break).
28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays, with an additional day per year up to 38 days.
Availability for call-out rota is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Services Engineer.
Extensive experience working in occupied premises.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
