Your Next Role What You’ll Do
Our client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects across Kent. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to assist in planning and coordination, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and managing project documentation. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in construction, with structured support for professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development and monitoring of work schedules and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance on-site, promoting a safe working environment, and assisting with risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitoring quality control, conducting inspections, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintaining records of daily activities and assisting in the preparation of progress reports.
