About the Role

A prestigious and well-known brand are seeking talented Wealth Advisers to join their dynamic team in South London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to elevate their career with comprehensive support and development resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert wealth management advice to a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of handpicked mortgage advisers and managers, leveraging these connections to generate new wealth opportunities.
• Engage in peer group support, participate in monthly virtual team calls, and opportunity to attend two face-to-face sessions per year.
• Utilise the experienced Branding and Advertising team to enhance your professional presence and client reach.
• Develop and implement your own bespoke business plan with guidance from our on-hand Business Development manager.

Support and Development

• Access to compliance support and training to help you achieve your professional goals.
• Regular workshops and training sessions, including modules on influencing and soft skills.
• Collaboration with a large network of existing and established mortgage advisers to build rapport and generate enquiries.
• Peer support and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Requirements

• Must hold a DipFA or equivalent Level 4 qualification.
• Ideally, have advising experience; however, candidates with parallel experience, such as Paraplanning may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
