About the Role

Skilled Careers is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal / Gateman to join a reputable site team in Hawkhurst (TN18). This is a 6-month contract offering consistent hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing and controlling vehicle movement on and around the site entrance.

• Ensuring safe access and egress of all delivery and construction vehicles.

• Communicating effectively with drivers and site operatives to maintain site safety.

• Monitoring visitor access and maintaining a secure site perimeter.

Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
