Topographical and Rail Surveyor – London (Covering South East)

£35000-£55000 + Benefits + Van

Surveying Consultancy who specialise in Rail, Land and Utility Surveying are looking to grow their Southern office and currently require an experienced Topographical and Rail Surveyor with a track record is rail surveying to join the team, and help run projects across different regions with a specific focus on the South East.

To apply the successful Topographical and Rail Surveyor will have as many of the following as possible

A recognised qualification in Surveying.
A track record in both Topographical and Rail Surveys working independently following all Health and safety guidelines.
Experience mentoring less experienced staff in Rail Surveying.
Experience in a range of project areas across the UK.
Experience using surveying equipment and software such as – GPS systems, LiDAR, AutoCAD, Laser Sweep, Heights and Staggers Gauge and Total Stations.
Desirable skills would include Drone Surveys, MBS (Measured Building Surveys), Elevation Surveys and Laser Scanning.

In return for your expertise the Topographical and Rail Surveyor will be given a full benefits package including company van, and most importantly the opportunity to progress through the organisation.

With a high level of client interaction including producing data to be presented face to face, excellent communication skills are a must and surveys will include overhead line, railway and land.
