Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Technical Order Delivery Manager, to manage complex projects through the internal workflow from sales handover through to successful delivery.
About the Role
- Order/project coordination from sales handover or enquiry through to completion.
- Owning full customer service for allocated orders, communicating and updating with internal and external stakeholders (client, sales and 3rd party suppliers) throughout the project cycle. Communicating changes, challenges, or questions between the business and the client.
- Working with the Sales team, Production, Installation and Suppliers to align and deliver solutions to client s requirements.
- Creating and maintaining accurate project records/schedules.
- Visiting clients or sites for meetings and surveys as required.
- Project budget management.
- Liaising with the CAD Team to manage drawings, from creation to final approval.
- Document Control uploading project documents to supplier portals and the internal CRM portal.
- Producing O & M manuals.
About You
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good internal and external business relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT literacy especially Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings
