37.5 hours – Hybrid working
The role of Technical Manager will provide essential technical support to the team in several areas of responsibility, leading our intrusive inspection program, through the direct report of Program Manager.Supporting with their technical knowledge by reviewing building construction documents and providing detailed reports for properties in relation to safety regulations, acting as part of our internal quality assurance process.To review drawings, documentation, surveys, and information provided and highlight areas of concern and assist in the remedy of these concerns.Work collaboratively with our Building Safety team with your technical expertise acting as part of our review and approval process for our in-house building safety case production.
Your technical skills are required to extract and analyse data and produce reports to help toward establishing better safety solutions for our residents.
What you’ll need to succeed
-Must hold a degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Architecture) and be a suitably qualified member of a relevant professional body.
-A sound understanding of architectural and project technical requirements, the development process and infrastructure.
-A strong understanding of current Building Regulations and applicable legislation including regulatory documents encompassing design, construction, handover and building operations.
-Sound knowledge of construction project methodology and the local planning legislation
